Conceptual design for a Residence INN Building including all facilities and operator requirements.

Phase Two:

Design development for 120 hotel studios, 1 bed suites and 2 Bed suites Public areas including Restaurant, Gym, indoor swimming pool, Business Center, and Administra- tion Offices BOH areas including MEP rooms, storages, kitchen and Laundry Under- ground parking at the Basement level, and surface parking at the main facade total built up area of 10,000 sq.m area.
