This rating is a prestigious accomplishment, achieved by only a limited number of projects across the Middle East. Such projects are typically of mega-scale and high international standards — in fact, only the FIFA World Cup 2022 stadiums attained the highest 5-Star rating. Notably, FIFA recognizes the GSAS certification as one of the most credible sustainability standards in the whole region.
