Phase One:
Conceptual design for a five star hotel including all facilities and operator requirements.
Phase Two:
Design development for 268 hotel guest rooms, plus suites including an annex building and a bridge connecting the main hotel with it, all deluxe hotel facilities are of 30,000 sq.m area.
